Financial Aid >Entrance/Exit Counseling - Entrance Counseling -
Students who are borrowing either a Stafford Loan and/or PLUS Loan for the first time at The Columbus School of Law are required to complete an entrance counseling session. This may be done by completing an entrance interview form on-line or in person at the Financial Aid Office. Please review your Rights and Responsibilities as a borrower and then complete the Direct Loans' on-line Entrance Counseling Session. You will be required to provide the PIN you received when completing the FAFSA. It can be retrieved at the PIN website. When you have completed the session, the Financial Aid Office will receive notification. Please save a copy of the session confirmation for your records. Contact the Financial Aid Office at (202) 319-5143 or your lender directly if you have any further questions. - Exit Counseling - Stafford Loan and PLUS Loan borrowers who are either graduating or leaving the Columbus School of Law will need to complete an Exit Counseling session. This is a federal requirement for all federal loan borrowers. Please complete the Direct Loans' on-line Exit Counseling Session.
