- Financial Aid Process -

The financial aid process at CUA Columbus School of Law begins with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, also known as the FAFSA form. The priority deadline to complete a FAFSA is April 15th. Make sure to include our school code E00131.

Once your FAFSA has been processed by the Department of Education our office will generate a Financial Aid Award Package for your review. The Award Package will entail your maximum loan eligibility and any scholarships or awards you have been offered. Carefully review your personal living expenses for the upcoming nine-month academic year. Please use your Award Package, our Institutional Charges, Planning Worksheet, and Spending Plan Worksheet to determine your expected need for the academic semester.

The financial aid process can seem complicated and confusing. For your convenience, a step-by-step checklist has been created to clarify the process.
